From the 1965 WDFF Cookbook - those farmers's wives knew how to bake, or in this case, how not to bake. An easy uncooked yummy cake. Ingredients:
1 packet malt biscuit |
1 packet marshmallow |
1 can condensed milk |
Directions:
1. Crush the biscuits until fine. 2. Heat the condensed milk carefully. 3. Cut the marshmallows in half. 4. Mix everything together. 5. Roll into a log and roll in coconut until the outside is completely covered. 6. Chill and allow to set. 7. Slice when set. |
