Loletta's Sausage and Pepperoncinis |

A simple recipe my mother gave me. She found it online. Ingredients:
1 lb sweet italian sausage |
1 tablespoon italian seasoning |
1/2 cup pepperoncini pepper, with juice |
freshly grated parmesan cheese |
italian parsley, chopped |
thin spaghetti |
olive oil |
Directions:
1. Remove sausage from casing and crumble into sautepan with olive oil 2. Saute with Italian seasoning over medium heat - add peppers and parsley 3. Cook pasta and drain - toss together with sausage mixture and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. |
