one of the easiest Filipino dishes to make! Ingredients:
4 lbs chicken |
1 tablespoon seasoning salt |
1 bulb of garlic, minced |
1 teaspoon black pepper |
2 bay leaves, crushed |
1 cup soy sauce |
1 cup red wine vinegar |
Directions:
1. Place chicken in a large stock pot. 2. Add seasoned salt, garlic, black pepper, bay leaves, soy sauce, and red wine vinegar. 3. Cook on high heat for 30-40 minutes until you can see the meat start to break away from the bone. |
