Lola Alma's Chicken Adobo

Ingredients:
4 lbs chicken
1 tablespoon seasoning salt
1 bulb of garlic, minced
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 bay leaves, crushed
1 cup soy sauce
1 cup red wine vinegar
Directions:
1. Place chicken in a large stock pot.
2. Add seasoned salt, garlic, black pepper, bay leaves, soy sauce, and red wine vinegar.
3. Cook on high heat for 30-40 minutes until you can see the meat start to break away from the bone.
