I got this recipe from my good friend Lois. I haven't made it yet, but wanted to post it here for safe-keeping. She says it's yummy, and couldn't be much easier. Ingredients:
4 cups onions, chopped |
1 cup mayonnaise |
2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded |
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated |
Directions:
1. Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees. 2. Thoroughly mix all ingredients together in oven-safe bowl. 3. Bake in pre-heated oven 30-40 minutes. 4. Note: Can use sweet or yellow onions for this. 5. This recipe can be easily halved, 'cause it makes a lot. 6. Serve with your favorite crackers. 7. No.of servings is strictly a 'guesstimate'. |
