Lobster Salad (Fish Tacos) |

I use this for Lobster Fish Tacos. Makes about enough for 6 Tacos. Ingredients:
4 lbs cooked lobsters |
1/4 cup zucchini, diced |
1/4 cup celery, diced |
2 teaspoons milk |
1 teaspoon mayonnaise |
1 garlic clove |
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper |
salt |
pepper |
Directions:
1. Cook you lobsters and remove all of the meat. When I use this for tacos I break up the meat pretty small. Chill the lobster in the refrigerator for about 30 mins to an hour then add the other ingredients to the lobster meat in a bowl and mix. 2. I use small flour tortillas and a pico de gallo with plenty of lime to make my tacos. |
