1/4 cup mayonnaise |
1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice |
1 tablespoon chopped fresh tarragon |
2 teaspoons dijon mustard |
1 teaspoon anise flavored liqueur |
1/8 teaspoon black pepper |
1/2 lb diced cooked lobster |
1/2 cup chopped fennel or 1/2 cup celery |
2 scallions, sliced |
1 head bibb lettuce |
Directions:
1. In a medium bowl, whisk together mayo, lemon juice, tarragon, mustard, anise liqueur and pepper. 2. Add lobster, fennel and scallions. Toss gently and serve on a bed of lettuce. |
