This is a low-calorie seafood salad. Variations to this can include substituting chicken for the lobster and incorporating some pasta.
Ingredients:
1/2 lb lobster
2 carrots
1/2 lb lettuce
1/4 lb celery
2 tomatoes
1 cucumber
1 onions
6 tbsp miracle whip light
Directions:
1. Chop up all the veggies
2. The carrots can be done julian
3. Add some salt and black pepper.
4. Toss.
5. Add the Miracle Whip Light salad dressing.
6. Toss again and serve.
