This recipe comes from a little book called ABC Jiffy Cookery. I've had it for over 50 years. I haven't cooked any of the recipes yet. I'm putting them here so I can find them easier. Ingredients:
1 (14 ounce) can lobsters, chilled |
1 1/2 cups celery, diced |
3/4 cup mayonnaise |
1/4 cup sour cream |
salt |
paprika |
salad greens |
12 ripe olives |
Directions:
1. Drain chilled lobster, and dice. 2. Add the celery, mayonnaise, and sour cream and toss lightly. Add salt and paprika to taste. 3. Line 4 small salad bowls with crisp salad greens. Pile salad in center and garnish with sliced ripe olives. |
