Ingredients:
8 ounces cooked lobster meat |
4 fluid ounces chili sauce |
8 ounces light cream cheese, softened |
4 fluid ounces light mayonnaise |
1/4 cup chopped onion |
2 teaspoons light horseradish |
Directions:
1. Blend the chili sauce into the cream cheese. 2. Mix in the mayo, onion and horseradish. 3. Add the lobster carefully. 4. Chill until ready to serve. |
