A favorite recipe of many people from Atlantic Canada Ingredients:
1 medium onion, chopped |
2 tablespoons butter |
2 potatoes, diced |
1 cup water |
2 cups lobster meat, cut up |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
2 cups milk |
1 cup light cream |
1/4 cup butter |
Directions:
1. In deep saucepan, saute onion in butter til tender. 2. Add potatoes and water. 3. Cover and simmer 10 mins or til potatoes are almost tender. 4. Add remaining ingredients. 5. Reheat, but do NOT boil. |
