These are Great a partys ....your friends will love them..... Ingredients:
16 ounces cream cheese |
1 cup lobster, finely diced |
1/4 teaspoon onion powder |
2 tablespoons cream |
1 tablespoon parsley, minced |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
1/8 teaspoon cayenne |
1/2 cup toasted bread crumbs |
3 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated |
Directions:
1. Soften cream cheese and mix in all remaining ingredients. 2. Chill in refrigerator for 1 hour. Remove from refrigerator and roll into small bite-sized balls. 3. Mix together bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Roll balls in this mixture and chill. Serve with party toothpicks. |
