these are a really fast and tasty appepizer Ingredients:
12 slices bread, crust removed, toasted |
1 ounce butter |
1 pound lobster meat, cooked, cut into thin slices |
1 ounce red pimentos |
1 each anchovy, finely minced |
1 ounce caviar |
Directions:
1. Butter toasted bread. Arrange the lobster meat, anchovies, and pimento strips on the toast alternating the colors to give eye appeal. 2. Arrange on a serving tray with a doily underneath and sprinkle caviar over all. Garnish with lemon wedges and parsley. |
