Lobster And Crab Cakes With Wild Blueberries

From Chef Stefan Mueller for this unique but delcious recipe! The sweetness of the dried blueberries match with the savory. May double recipe as needed
Ingredients:
1/2 cup shredded potatoes, place in cold warer and rinse and pat dry until used in the recipe
2 eggs
1 cup crabmeat, cleaned
1/2 cup lobster meat
2 tbs oatmeal
1- 2 tbs dried blueberries
salt
pepper
oil to fry
Directions:
1. Beat eggs
2. chop up seafood meat into chunks
3. combine with eggs
4. add oats and berries and potatoes
5. season to taste
6. Shape into 4 cakes as appetizers or into 2 cakes for a main course
7. Cook in hot oil about 3 minutes per side or until nicely browned
8. If knife tip inserted comes out dry, they are done!
9. Note: one may use fresh bluberries but this will color the batter if you don't mind, dried ones prevent color in the the mixture
