Ingredients:
1/2 lb stewing beef
1/2 lb carrot
one large onion
1 lb potato
1 tablespoon salt
Directions:
1. Peel the potatoes and dice (1 inch).
2. Scrape carrots and slice.
3. Peel onion and slice.
4. Dice meat into 1 inch pieces.
5. Place meat in a large saucepan with carrots onions salt and about 2 pints of water.
6. Boil for 30 minutes.
7. Add potatoes and boil for 30 more minutes.
