A delicious way to add flavor to your hamburger patties before the condiments. Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs ground beef |
1/2 cup ranch dressing |
1 egg |
1/2 cup cubed monterey jack pepper cheese |
1/4 chopped onion |
1 chopped garlic clove |
3 tablespoons hamburger grilling seasoning |
4 buns |
Directions:
1. Wash Hands. 2. Mix all ingredients, except the buns in a bowl with your hands. 3. Shape into pattys, first by making balls, then flattening them out. 4. Heat grill to 400 - 600°F. 5. Cook until you are pleased with the color (remember to flip). 6. After you remove the hamburgers place buns on the grill upside down until slightly charred. 7. Add you favorite condiments and enjoy. |
