Loaded Baked Potato Casserole |

This recipe came from a few different recipes which I have combined to make something that my family enjoys. If you buy already cooked bacon it is even quicker to make. Ingredients:
7 baking potatoes |
4 cups cheddar cheese |
3 cups heavy whipping cream |
2 cups reduced-fat sour cream |
1 lb cooked bacon |
salt |
pepper |
garlic powder |
onion powder |
Directions:
1. Boil Potatoes with skin on until Soft. 2. When cool peel skin and slice or cube. Spray a 13 x 9 Baking Dish. Layers potatoes in bottom of pan. 3. Sprinkle with Salt,Pepper, Garlic Powder ,Onion Powder, and Bacon. 4. Mix together Cheddar Cheese, Whipping Cream and Sour Cream and put on top of potatoes. 5. Bake 350 for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted. |
