Delicious lo mein. Perhaps try sprouts instead of water chestnuts. Ingredients:
1/4 cup soy sauce |
1 cup bean sprouts |
5 button mushrooms, sliced |
1 cup carrot, in matchsticks |
2 celery ribs, sliced |
2 green onions, sliced |
4 ounces whole wheat spaghetti noodles |
2 chicken breasts |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
Directions:
1. Grill chicken, slice into pieces. A good marinade for this is 2 parts soy sauce, 1 part lime juice, 2 parts water. 2. Cook spaghetti noodles to taste. 3. Cook vegetables in oil until tender but still crisp. Add chicken and soy sauce, Cook on medium. |
