This is a recipe that I have always used, but I changed up the carbohydrates content to make it lower. Ingredients:
1/4 cup butter |
1/3 cup cocoa |
1/2 cup sugar substitute |
1/2 cup fructose |
2 eggs |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1 pinch salt |
1/3 cup soy flour |
Directions:
1. Melt butter, add cocoa. Mix well. Add Sugar Substitute, Fructose, eggs, vanilla, salt and Soy Flour. Mix well. Pour into 8X8 square pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Serve when cooled. |
