My late MIL had a recipe for everything! Here's her quick and easy solution to lunch on a hot summer day.
Ingredients:
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can chicken broth
3 cups whole milk
1 teaspoon onion, minced
1 bunch watercress, stemmed
salt
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients into blender.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Pour into a chilled soup tureen.
4. Serve cold!
