My late MIL had a recipe for everything! Here's her quick and easy solution to lunch on a hot summer day. Ingredients:
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can chicken broth |
3 cups whole milk |
1 teaspoon onion, minced |
1 bunch watercress, stemmed |
salt |
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients into blender. 2. Blend until smooth. 3. Pour into a chilled soup tureen. 4. Serve cold! |
