This makes for a delicious lunch or a great side dish for dinner, especially with Chicken breast (grilled) or steak.
Ingredients:
3 large tomatoes, quartered
1 head lettuce
1 cup spinach leaves
2 cucumbers, sliced
2 avocados, quartered
1/2 cup shredded cheese
1 medium red onion, sliced
1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
1 medium squash, sliced
3 tbs french dressing
Directions:
1. cut, dice, and quarter veggies
2. add dressing and mix well
3. refrigerate for 30 mins
4. serve as a meal or a side dish
