This makes for a delicious lunch or a great side dish for dinner, especially with Chicken breast (grilled) or steak. Ingredients:
3 large tomatoes, quartered |
1 head lettuce |
1 cup spinach leaves |
2 cucumbers, sliced |
2 avocados, quartered |
1/2 cup shredded cheese |
1 medium red onion, sliced |
1 red bell pepper, cut into strips |
1 medium squash, sliced |
3 tbs french dressing |
Directions:
1. cut, dice, and quarter veggies 2. add dressing and mix well 3. refrigerate for 30 mins 4. serve as a meal or a side dish |
