500 g beef mince |
75 g soy protein |
2 onions |
2 green peppers |
4 cloves garlic |
220 g kidney beans |
200 g dried white beans |
100 g mushrooms |
2 tomatoes |
2 stock cubes |
1 teaspoon tomato paste |
2 hot peppers |
Directions:
1. Dry fry mince beef 2. Add chopped onions, garlic and peppers 3. Add mushrooms and tomatoes 4. Add presoaked soya protein 5. Add canned kidney beans 6. Add soaked white beans microwaved for 20 minutes 7. Add stock, puree and chilli flakes 8. Cook for 2 hours |
