I have taken this pâte to many parties and people always ask for the recipe. I used to feel guilty because it is so easy. Men love this dish!

Ingredients:

1 lb liverwurst (tube)

3 tablespoons dry sherry

1/3 cup real sour cream

1 teaspoon dijon mustard

2 tablespoons grated onions

Directions:

1. Mix well & chill.
2. Serve with crackers or toast points.
3. Can be doubled or tripled.
