This is a great alternative to a plain cheese ball.
Ingredients:
8 ounces cream cheese
8 ounces liver sausage
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons chopped green onions
salt, to taste
parsley, chopped
Directions:
1. Mix all except parsley together and form into a ball.
2. Roll ball in parsley.
3. Chill until serving.
