This is a great alternative to a plain cheese ball. Ingredients:
8 ounces cream cheese |
8 ounces liver sausage |
1 teaspoon lemon juice |
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce |
2 tablespoons chopped green onions |
salt, to taste |
parsley, chopped |
Directions:
1. Mix all except parsley together and form into a ball. 2. Roll ball in parsley. 3. Chill until serving. |
