If you like liver, you will like this recipe. My family likes it on Ritz crackers. Ingredients:
1 lb. livers |
1 medium onion, quartered |
6 tablespoons margarine |
4 eggs, hard-boiled |
mayonnaise |
salt and pepper to taste |
tabasco sauce to taste |
Directions:
1. Saute livers and onions in margarine until livers are done. 2. Grind livers, onions and eggs in food grinder. 3. Add mayo to consistency desired. 4. Add tabasco, salt and pepper to taste. 5. Mix well. 6. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve. 7. Serve on crackers or finger sandwiches. |
