An easy and tasty recipe to add liver into your menus. I've got this recipe from my russian grandmother. My whole family loves it including my three year old son. Ingredients:
500 gramms veal liver |
1 large onion |
2 large eggs |
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour |
1/2 tablespoon salt |
Directions:
1. Mince liver and an onion in ther food processor. 2. In a big bowl combine the rest of the ingridients with the liver-onion paste. 3. mix well. 4. heat the frying pan on medium high heat. 5. pour one tablespoon of any friyng oil. 6. using a small ladle pour the paste making half palm size pancakes. 7. cook each side for 2 minutes or until the juce in not coming out. 8. serve hot or warm with some garnish or by itself with a little of sour cream. |
