Cabbage Soup recipe from Fast Track Detox Diet Ingredients:
1 head green cabbage |
1 cup carrots |
6 stalks celery |
4 cloves garlic |
1 medium onion |
1 zucchini |
196 g squash, summer (yellow) ( 1 medium) |
28 oz canned whole tomatoes |
28 oz diced tomatoes (canned) |
28 oz tomato puree |
1/2 cup parsley |
1/4 cup chives |
1/4 cup basil |
Directions:
1. Place vegetables, tomatoes and tomato puree and 6 cups filtered water in a large stockpot; bring to a boil and cover. 2. Lower heat and simmer until veggies are soft (not mushy)-about an hour. 3. Add herbs and salt or cayenne to taste. |
