One of the first signs of liver disfunction is emotional difficulty related to anger: impatience, frustration, resentment, violence, belligerence, rudeness, edginess, arrogrance, stubbornness, aggression and an impulsive and explosive personality. Depression, mood swings as well as excessively emotional in general are liver-related. Tiredness, dark circles under eyes, poor digestion and dull skin are also symptoms of poor liver function. Try this detox recipe!
Ingredients:
1/2-1 cup warm water
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon blackstrap molasses
cayenne pepper, to taste
Directions:
1. Heat water, but do not boil. Add lemon juice, olive oil, molasses and a dash of cayenne.
2. Drink this mixture first thing in the morning for 10 days continuously.
