1 carrot |
1/2 beet |
1 stalk celery |
1 cucumber |
Directions:
1. Wash all vegetables well. 2. Peel and cut the carrots and beets in chunks. Coarsely chop the celery and cucumber. 3. Put all vegetables through a juicer. 4. Drink the juice within a half hour. |
