Liver Cleansing Carrot Cake |

From Dr Sandra Cabot. Ingredients:
1 cup plain flour |
3/4 teaspoon baking soda |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon |
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
3/4 cup raw sugar |
2 eggs |
1/3 cup cold pressed oil |
2 teaspoons cold pressed oil |
1 cup grated carrot |
440 g crushed pineapple, drained |
1/4 cup chopped walnuts |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350f. 2. Mix together all ingredients but carrot pineapple and walnuts. Fold in carrot, pineapple and walnuts. Pour into greased and lined tin. Bake for 35-40 minute. |
