A Christmas cookie that melts in your mouth!Be careful when you are rolling them in the icing sugar because they break very easily. Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter |
2 tablespoons honey |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1 cup all-purpose flour |
1 cup chopped pecans |
1/4 cup icing sugar |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. 2. Beat butter and honey with an electric mixer. 3. Add the remaining ingredients except the powdered sugar. 4. Shape dough into walnut size balls and place about 1 inch apart on an ungreased cookie sheet. 5. Bake 12-14 minutes or until just starting to brown. 6. Remove from oven and let cool slightly. 7. Roll cookies in icing sugar until well coated. |
