Littlemafia's Dumplings With Plums

My mom used to make them a lot when I was growing up. Now we make them ahead and freeze them. Cut the plums in half and double the amount of dumplings.
Ingredients:
400 g red potatoes
100 g flour
5 tablespoons sugar
8 plums
50 ml oil
1 cup breadcrumbs
cinnamon
salt
Directions:
1. Boil potatoes and mash them in a fine paste.
2. Add flour,one tablespoon sugar, salt, and mix well.
3. The dough will be sticky.
4. Divide in 8. Make a square from each part.
5. Wash the plums well, remove the pips and in their place put a little sugar and cinnamon.
6. Put a plum on each square and fold the dough around the fruit to obtain a dumpling.
7. Bring to boil water in a large saucepan and put the dumplings inside. Let them boil for 10 minute
8. Fry the bread crumbs and 3-4 tablespoon sugarin oil until golden.
9. Roll the dumplings in bread crumbs to cover them evenly.
