Ingredients:
1 c flour
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/12 c milk
1/2 c half and half
3 eggs, seperated
3/4 c melted butter
Directions:
1. Mix together dry ingredients
2. Incorporate milk, half and half, and beaten egg yolks
3. Beat egg whites to stiff peaks and fold into batter
4. Slowly fold in melted butter
5. Ladle onto hot griddle. Flip when golden brown.
