I love onions, so this is an appetizer I make a lot. They is good for just munching on, but they go great with a good bowl of soup! Ingredients:
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
1/4 cup minced onion |
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese |
1 (12-ounce) loaf sliced party rye bread |
Directions:
1. Stir together first 3 ingredients. Spread 1 teaspoon mixture on each bread slice, and place slices on a baking sheet. 2. Bake at 450° for 4 to 5 minutes or until browned. Serve immediately. |
