Little Less Fat Breakfast Casserole

This is a hashbrown and sausage casserole with just a little less fat and calories than most. But still just as good!
Ingredients:
5 egg whites
1 1/2 cups 2% milk
4 cups frozen tater tots (thawed)
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 lb turkey breakfast sausage
2 cups cheddar cheese
5 tablespoons minced onions
Directions:
1. 1. mix together the hashbrowns and oil, then press into the bottom of a 9x13 glass baking dish and bake at 475 for 15 minutes.
2. 2. meanwhile, beat together the eggwhites, milk and onions.
3. 3. remove hashbrowns from oven, and turn it down to 350.
4. 4. layer the meat and cheese on top, pour the egg mixture on top and bake for 30 mins, till the eggs are done.
