Little Golden Tomatoes Sautéed With Green and Black Olive |

My Italian Garden by Viana La Place Ingredients:
3 tablespoons olive oil |
1 garlic clove, chopped |
1/2 cup flat leaf parsley, chopped |
2 1/2 cups yellow cherry tomatoes |
8 olive cured black olives, pitted and coarsely chopped |
6 sicilian green olives, pitted and coarsely chopped |
Directions:
1. Place olive oil in a medium sauté pan over low heat. 2. Add the garlic and parsley and cook and for 2-3 minutes or until fragrant and glossy. 3. Add the tomatoes and stir 2-3 minutes or until the tomatoes are glossy and the parsley is evenly distributed. 4. Stir in the olives. Stir gently until the tomatoes are warm, but intact. 5. Serve warm or at room temperature. |
