These little meatloaves are really a delight to serve. Everyone wants the recipe to take home. Ingredients:
1 egg |
3/4 cup milk |
1 cup shredded mild cheddar cheese |
1/2 cup quick oats |
3/4 cup minced onion |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 lb lean ground beef |
3/4 cup ketchup |
1/2 cup packed brown sugar |
2 teaspoons prepared mustard |
Directions:
1. Beat egg and milk. 2. Add cheese, oats, onion and salt. 3. Add beef; mix well. 4. Shape into 8 loaves. 5. Place in greased 13x9 baking pan. 6. Mix ketchup, sugar, and mustard. 7. Spoon over meat loaves. 8. Bake, uncoveed, at 350* for 45 minutes, or until done. |
