Little Cheddar Meatloaves |

I found this recipe in a cooking magazine and it has since become a family favorite!:) Ingredients:
1 egg |
3/4 cup milk |
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded |
1/2 cup quick-cooking oats |
1/2 cup onion, chopped |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 lb hamburger |
2/3 cup ketchup |
1/2 cup brown sugar |
1 1/2 teaspoons mustard |
Directions:
1. Beat together egg and milk; stir in cheese, oats, onion and salt. 2. Add hamburger and mix well. 3. Shape into 8 loaves and place in a greased 13x9 pan. 4. Combine ketchup, brown sugar and mustard; spoon over loaves. 5. Bake uncovered at 350°F for 45 minutes or until meat is no longer pink. |
