Lit'l Smokies & Macaroni 'N Cheese Casserole Ingredients:
1 (7 1/4 ounce) package macaroni and cheese mix, prepared according to package directions |
1/4 cup milk |
1/4 cup butter or 1/4 cup margarine |
1 lb little smokies sausage |
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of celery soup or 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted |
1/3 cup milk |
1 tablespoon minced parsley |
4 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded (1 cup) |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. 2. Combine all ingredients except for shredded cheese in a mixing bowl. 3. Pour into a small, greased casserole dish. 4. Sprinkle cheese evenly on top. 5. Bake, uncovered, until heated through (20 minutes). |
