Lite Caesar dressing made with yogurt and kalamata olives or anchovies. Ingredients:
1. 1 kg of yogurt |
2. 0.5 liter of mayonnaise |
3. 500 ml of white vinegar |
4. 2 table spoons mashed garlic |
5. 1/2 cup lemon juice |
6. 2 table spoons mustard |
7. 2 table spoons of hickory barbeque sauce |
8. 2 table spoons evo |
9. 4 table spoons grated parmesan cheese |
10. 1 table spoon salt |
11. 1 teaspoon black pepper |
12. 1/2 cup of mashed black kalamata olives or 50 gms of mashed anchovies filets. |
Directions:
1. 1. In one gallon plastic container add yogurt, vinegar, garlic, lemon juice, mustard, EVO and Mix. 2. 2. Add the remaining ingredients and mix in a hand held mixed. 3. 3. Then adjust the volume to 3200 ml with filtered water and mix again. |
