I am told that in Thailand, this is sold in plastic bags roadside. Sip it, close your eyes, and imagine you're there. The recipe calls for a handful of coriander. This is actually cilantro, called fresh coriander in Asia. Ingredients:
2 carrots, tops and bottoms removed |
coriander, 1 handful (cilantro) |
4 ounces coconut milk |
Directions:
1. Juice the carrots. 2. Blend with coriander and coconut milk in a blender or food processor. 3. Drink. |
