1 tablespoon lime cordial (like roses lime cordial or lime juice) |
1 graham cracker, crushed |
ice |
1/2 ounce lemon-flavored vodka |
1 ounce limoncello (lemoncello) |
1 ounce lemon curd |
2 -3 ounces whipped cream |
lemon zest (garnish) |
Directions:
1. Rim a cocktail glass with the cordial and crushed graham crackers.
2. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
3. Add the lemon vodka, lemoncello, curd and whipped cream.
4. Shake until frothy and strain into a cocktail glass.
