These wings sure make you want to soak your lips in ice water, but boy, are they good! Ingredients:
3 lbs. chicken wing pieces (frozen or fresh) |
3/4 cup hot pepper sauce (i use regular tobasco) |
1/4 cup butter, melted |
3 tablespoons cider vinegar |
1 envelope ranch salad dressing mix |
1/2 teaspoon paprika |
Directions:
1. In a gallon-size resealable bag, combine hot pepper sauce, melted butter and vinegar. 2. Add in wings, seal bag and toss to coat. Refrigerate 4-8 hours. 3. Place chicken on racks in two 15x10x1 in pans, in a single layer. 4. Sprinkle with ranch dressing mix and paprika. 5. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. 6. Makes about 4 dozen |
