this delicious pasta dish is so different from your typical pasta dishes. it can be eaten hot or cold (i prefer it cold) and can be served as a side dish or a main course Ingredients:
16 oz. linguini pasta |
6 cloves garlic crushed |
6 tablespoons sugar |
6 tablespoons oil |
6 tablespoons rice vinegar |
6tablespoons soy sauce |
2 tablespoons sesame oil |
sesame seed and scallion for garnish |
Directions:
1. prepare the linguini according to the directions on it's box 2. boil all the ingredients on the stove top until the sugar dissolves 3. pour the sauce over the pasta while the pasta is still hot 4. mix until th epasta is well coated 5. before serving, you can add sesame seed and/or scallions for added color and garnish |
