Linguine With Tuna Lemon and Arugula

Ingredients:
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 (6 ounce) can tuna, drained
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
12 ounces linguine
1 cup arugula
Directions:
1. Heat oil in a medium skillet; add onion and green pepper; saute 5 minutes.
2. Add garlic, saute 1 minute.
3. Stir in tuna and lemon juice.
4. Meanwhile, cook the linguine in plenty of boiling salted water, about 12 minutes. Drain.
5. Toss with tuna sauce and arugula. Serve.
