Yummo. Can't go wrong with this delight. Ingredients:
2 tablespoons olive oil |
1 white onion chopped |
2 garlic cloves chopped |
2 cans minced clams |
1 tablespoon parsley |
1/2 teaspoon basil |
1/2 teaspoon oregano |
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon freshly-ground black pepper |
hot cooked linguine |
Directions:
1. Sauté onion and garlic for 5 minutes. 2. Drain in liquid from clams to onion and garlic mix reserving clams. 3. Add parsley, oregano, basil, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper then simmer for 5 minutes and stir in clams. 4. Add cooked linguine then stir well and serve. |
