9 ounces fresh linguine |
1 cup crumbled gorgonzola |
3/4 cup heavy cream |
1/2 cup chopped roasted red pepper |
1/2 cup chopped watercress |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook linguine 1-2 minutes or until tender. Drain and return pasta to the pot. 2. Over medium heat stir in cream and cheese. Cook, stirring often until cheese is melted. 3. Stir in red pepper, watercress and pepper. Heat through. |
