2 cups peaches
1 cup 2% low-fat milk
2 cups yogurt or 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
1 pinch nutmeg
1 cup orange juice
1/4 teaspoon almond extract
Directions:
1. Blend until smooth. Drink and enjoy.
