This is absolutely scrumptious! It's a wonderful dish for pot-lucks since you make it the night before. It's unusual and delicious and would be a hit for a tea party or garden party too. Ingredients:
2 pound white grapes |
2 pound red grapes |
1 cup sugar |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1 8 oz sour cream |
1 8 oz cream cheese |
1 cup brown sugar |
1 cup crushed pecans |
Directions:
1. Wash the grapes and remove the stems. 2. Mix softened cream cheese and sour cream with sugar and vanilla in a large bowl. Make sure it is well mixed. 3. Stir in grapes. 4. Put the brown sugar and crushed pecans on top. 5. Refrigerate overnight. |
