This recipe is sooo good and easy to make. My mother-in-law has made it several times with my 3-year-old son, and we all love it! The bread is so moist and the caramel comes out just right every time. Ingredients:
3 (8 ounce) cans refrigerated buttermilk biscuits |
1/2 cup sugar |
2 teaspoons cinnamon |
1 cup vanilla ice cream |
1/2 cup oleo |
1/2 cup brown sugar |
1/2 cup white sugar |
Directions:
1. Separate biscuits and roll in a mixture of 1/2. c sugar and 2 teaspoons cinnamon. 2. Place in a bundt pan ~ set on end. 3. Melt together the ice cream, 1/2 cup oleo, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup white sugar. 4. Pour mixture over biscuits in bundt pan. 5. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. 6. Cool 10 minutes before inverting pan and removing this treat. |
