oh so good and high protein meatballs
Ingredients:
1 lb lean ground turkey
1 lb italian turkey sausage
16 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
3 eggs
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together
2. make into 3 oz meatballs
3. put on baking rack over baking sheet
4. bake at 400 for 30-40 minutes.
