oh so good and high protein meatballs Ingredients:
1 lb lean ground turkey |
1 lb italian turkey sausage |
16 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese |
1 cup shredded parmesan cheese |
3 eggs |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together 2. make into 3 oz meatballs 3. put on baking rack over baking sheet 4. bake at 400 for 30-40 minutes. |
